Meet Our CEO:
Andrea C. Johnson, MBA, M.Ed.
Founder & CEO
Andrea C. Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Leadership Advisory Group, where she helps organizations build stronger leaders, healthier cultures, and more courageous conversations. A nationally recognized education leader, executive coach, trained mediator, author, and community strategist, she brings nearly two decades of experience leading transformation across education, nonprofit, corporate, and community settings.
Known for turning vision into measurable results, Andrea partners with leaders and organizations through executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, culture transformation, and conflict resolution. Her leadership has contributed to significant organizational growth, including double-digit gains in reading and mathematics and a 99th-percentile growth ranking on NWEA MAP assessments.
Andrea holds an MBA, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, a Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard University, and the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is also trained in basic and family mediation and is the author of Thriving, Not Just Surviving: Practical Advice for School Administrators.
Andrea’s work is grounded in one belief: People do not need perfection. They need clarity, strategy, and someone who believes progress is possible.
Meet Martin Silverman:
Martin Silverman is an educator, author, speaker, and leadership consultant who brings more than 40 years of public education experience to the Legacy Leadership Advisory Group team.
A former teacher and school administrator, Martin specializes in leadership development, organizational culture, employee engagement and retention, and early childhood education. He helps leaders create connected, high-performing organizations where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Martin is the author of Sustaining Excellence: How Culture Drives Teacher Retention and Little Learners, Big Potential: Guiding Early Learning With Purpose and Heart. He is also an experienced presenter and professional learning facilitator known for delivering practical, engaging guidance that leaders can put into action.
Meet Andrea Robinson:
Andrea Renee is a purpose-driven educational leader, consultant, and advocate who brings more than 20 years of experience serving students, families, educators, and school communities to the Legacy Leadership Advisory Group team.
Her expertise spans special education leadership, student evaluation, educational advocacy, special education law and compliance, program development, and family support. Throughout her career, Andrea has served as a Special Education Teacher, Educational Diagnostician, Diagnostician and Compliance Coordinator, and Director of Special Education. She has guided families through evaluations and ARD meetings, mentored diagnosticians, supported multidisciplinary teams, and helped strengthen special education programs.
Andrea holds a Master of Education and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She was selected to present at the 2019 Texas Council of Administrators of Special Education Conference and is the founder of AR Consulting and Educational Advocacy, LLC. Her work is rooted in ensuring that every child, especially students with disabilities, receives the support, services, and opportunities needed to thrive.
